Comfort Mat AEROSPACE ZENITH 9 mm is the most effective material in the Aerospace vibro-acoustic product range, combining advanced anti-vibration and sound insulation properties in a single layer. Thanks to its strong multi-layer construction, optimized for maximum vibration and noise isolation, Zenith is designed for the most stressed parts of the vehicle body, where the goal is to achieve top acoustic comfort without compromise. The total thickness of 9 mm, including a 3 mm heavy sound insulation membrane, allows for effective vibration absorption while significantly reducing the transmission of noise. The material achieves an acoustic loss factor (MLF) of up to 0.62, outperforming most conventional anti-vibration materials.
Zenith is particularly suitable for use on the floor, in the area of wheel arches or in the rear of the car, where significant reduction of noise is required in a single application.As a result we get a high efficiency while maintaining a reasonable surface weight of no more than 9 kg/m². This represents an average weight saving of 35-40% compared to conventional two-layer applications, which is important for soundproofing electric cars, sports cars and where low weight of the used materials is a priority.

Comfort Mat AEROSPACE GALAXY 7 mm is a multi layer vibro-acoustic material that combines effective anti-vibration properties with advanced sound insulation capabilities. It combines a modern vibro-acoustic mixture with foamed granules, a 2 mm thick sound insulation membrane and 100 micron aluminum foil with a matte finnish. Thanks to this combination, Galaxy provides a significant reduction in vibrations and noise transmission in a single layer. Galaxy achieves an acoustic loss factor (MLF) of 0.56 and also brings a significant improvement in sound insulation. Thanks to its design, it simultaneously reduces resonances and contributes to increasing the rigidity of large body surfaces. This makes Galaxy ideal for applications on the floor and rear wheel arches. It is also suitable for doors, where a significant improvement in acoustic comfort is required in a single layer. With adhesion strength of around 13 N/cm, it remains firm even in demanding conditions. The surface weight of 6.90 kg/m² represents a saving of 30 to 40% compared to traditional two-layer applications, which is essential especially in soundproofing electric and sports cars.

Comfort Mat AEROSPACE PULSAR 5 mm is a universal vibroacoustic material from the new Aerospace series, which combines effective anti-vibration properties with advanced sound insulation capabilities. This combination in a single layer significantly simplifies application and brings high effect with minimal added weight. Pulsar is 5 mm thick and achieves an acoustic loss factor (MLF) of 0.45, which corresponds to top anti-vibration materials. The use of an advanced vibroacoustic layer with foamed granules brings high efficiency without the need for massive body loading, making it an ideal solution for places with medium to high vibration and noise loads – typically doors, roof, trunk floor. Pulsar also significantly reduces sheet metal resonances and, thanks to its high adhesive strength of around 15 N/cm, remains firmly adhered even in demanding conditions.
The surface weight of 4 kg/m² makes it an great choice for electric and sport cars or any other application where low weight is critical.

This combination makes Volt an effective solution for soundproofing vehicles where added weight is critical – typically in electric vehicles and sports cars.
With a thickness of only 2.5 mm and a surface weight of around 2.28 kg/m², Volt is ideal for the roof, doors, hood or trunk lid.

COMFORTMAT SOUND TRAP is an absorbing block of special foam material, disigned to be installed in A, B, C and D pillars of the car.
It´s goal is to cancel noise comming from the technical holes of the car, where other mats cannot be installed.
Sound trap has a “shape memory”. You can squeeze it, insert into the tecnichal hole, and in a couple of seconds it will take its original shape and fullfill the hole.
One side of Sound Trap is resistant to water. It should be installed next to the body panel when moisture can occur.
